With the aid of the light, the unnecessary fibrous bands can then be cut, releasing the cellulite. The blade is retracted when passing between targeted bands to protect other nearby tissue.

Once your appointment is complete, you should be able to resume your daily schedule within 24 to 48 hours. Most patients report only mild soreness or tenderness during their initial recovery, but these should resolve within the first 30 days.
